  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Custom or personalized items

How to Request a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo(s) of the item (if damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Do not return any item without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via a suitable method (e.g., bank transfer) based on your location and order details.
  • Refunds are not issued in cash upon return, even though we only offer cash on delivery for payments.

Exchanges
